My name is James Banks. I am a songwriter, producer and recording engineer based out of Edmonton, AB. In early 2008 what had initially started as a goal to record my own band, expanded my love and passion for songwriting and evolved it into a career in producing and mixing. I feel very fortunate to be part of this industry and to be working with musicians that I truly believe in.
As I am still pursuing my own music, I feel that I can relate and connect closer with each artist and help them meet their individual goals for their work. Over the past 10 years I've been refining my process in order to help the artists that I work with produce a cohesive, professional and most importantly original sound that we can both be proud of.
